Windows 10: OSAI CNC based transfer machine

I have an OSAI CNC based transfer machine. I'm able to map the CNC individually on the windows XP based workstation but as soon as I map more then one of them I will lose connection with one or all of them . Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I realize that you are facing an issue with the iTNC 530 CNC simulator. I will try to help you with this issue.

Plug in the device and run the hardware troubleshooter. Once this is done, restart the computer to check if this helps.

  Press “Windows key + X” to click on “Control Panel”.
  
• 
  Click on “Troubleshooting” and click on “View all”.
  

Click on “Hardware and Devices” to run the troubleshooter. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if this helps.

Transfer files (Pictures, Documents) from a Windows 7 PC to a Windows 10 PC

I recently purchased a new laptop with windows 10. My old laptop has windows 7. Can anyone list the step-by-step instructions for transferring the data to the new machine? I understand that windows easy transfer is no longer an option for windows 10.
