Hi, I was working on making a dashboard in python using http://127.0.0.1:5000 but everytime i run it it turns out to come this error, i tried everything but it didn't work! Please help me with this

When I am trying to run apache on windows, I receive a following error:

Port 80 is occupied by PID 4

Pid 4 is System.

What next?

 

Why I am receiving "OSError: [WinError 6] The handle is invalid" ?

A made python program then converted it to .exe. Started as a program and it says

OSError: [WinError 6] The handle is invalid
Why? And what this error means? How to fix it?

Hi,

I have a local SVN Server which uses Apache HTTP server. It was working ok on my Win7 Pro OS.

After I upgraded to Win10 it stopped working. The event viewer shows the following error:

The Apache service named reported the following error:

>>> (OS 10013)An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions. : AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80 .

The Windows Firewall says: "These settings are being managed by vendor application Norton Security" but after I turn the Smart Firewall off in Norton Security Windows still says Norton is managing the settings, and the Apache HTTP server still fails to start
with the same error message. The Norton firewall explicitly says "Allow Direction: In/Out Computer: Any Communications: Any Protocol: All".

It clearly is a Win10 "feature" since it was working yesterday in Win7.

Can anyone shed some light into this? Shall I downgrade to Win7?
