Windows 10: OSOD Error PLEASE SAVE ME

I have recently run into a OSOD with "irql_not_less_or_equal" the failed process is afd.sys, I have tried running a memory diagnostic, system scan, drive scan, and anything else i could find on youtube. From everything i have read it seems to be my Intel wireless adapter but even with that disabled and running off ethernet (i am using a tplink box) i still run into the issue. Not sure what to do anymore, any help would be very appreciated!

BSOD and OSOD - DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - Seems to be caused by tcpip.sys & ntoskrnl.exe

I recently purchase a Dell XPS 15, in the first 2 weeks I had 2 BSOD in one day. They stopped until today, I got an Orange Screen Of Death (OSOD), which looked the same as the BSOD only the background color was orange. According to
Google OSOD are related to graphics/display errors yet the so called cause of the OSOD & BSOD has been tcpip.sys or/and ntoskrnl.exe.

I am really clueless on how to fix this, here are the 3 dump files. I updated all my drivers, and I do not use anti-viruses like MalwareBytes
and AVG (These programs caused BSOD with the same error as me for other people).

If nobody can help me I will be forced to send my laptop back to Dell for a while giving me a massive disadvantage at college since I use it nearly every lesson.

Error: "Settings out of date" and unable to save the password for the app on Windows 10

As the above description is not clear provide additional information to assist you better with this issue:

• Are you referring to Office Outlook (Mail client version)/ Mail app/ Windows Live Mail?
• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?

If you are referring to Windows Mail app, let us try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to check if there are any updates for Mail app in Windows Store. If found try to update the app.

Step 2: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter,
troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

Step 3: I suggest you to check with the system Date, time and Time zone
is set correct.

Follow the steps to set the date and time:

• Type Date and Time in the search bar.
• Click Change date and time button.
• Click Apply and Ok to save the date and time.

Note: Click on the Time Zone tab to check the Time Zone.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
