Windows 10: Other Devices. USB Controller Exclamation Marks

Hi,

Up until now this has been fine but recently, maybe since 1703 update, I get this in Dev Mgr.
All have an Exlam mark against them.

This is what I get after a search.

Is it telling me the PCI card will only work in XP or not in Win 10 x64 ?

"USB x HCI Compliant Host Controller" not working

No other devices are listed under Universal Serial Bus controllers. Only USB x HCI Compliant Host Controller is listed with a yellow exclamation mark

Under Device Status General it says:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

{Operation Failed}

The requested operation was unsuccessful.

 

USB Floppy works with old driver, not with latest

In the Device Manager where is the "Y-E Data USB Floppy" with the "exclamation mark" showing up.

Is it under "Universal Serial Bus controllers"?

 

What code does it give for the exclamation mark? USB code 43 errors can give you a !, but there are others as well.

I tracked it down to a PCI card with 4 usb ports I had installed w while ago, which now longer works with Win 10. Took it out and whamo.. all okay now.
