Windows 10: Other User account failed

Hey so i have a problem that. You know that Other User option it only detects my user account not the other account Here are the account name 1. Sanidhya Sinha 2.Sandeep Kumar but the Sandeep Kumar that is my account it gives me a error the username or password is incorrect. So could some moderator help me here

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Login to the Administrator account.
• Press Windows key + R, type netplwiz and press Enter.
• Select the Local account.
• Click on Reset Password.
• Change the password and Click on OK.

If the issue still persists, delete the account by following the steps provided below:

• Logon to the Administrator account.
• Navigate to Start>>Settings>>Accounts>>Family and other users.
• In the right pane, click on the Local account and select Remove.

After the account is deleted, create another Local account and check for status.

I can't rename my user account

  Are you using a Microsoft account or local account?
  

If you are using local account, I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the user name.

Please follow the steps to rename the user account in Windows 10.

a. In the search box, type user accounts and click on User Accounts.

b. Click on “Change your account name”

c. If it’s prompting for password please enter and click on Yes. If you do not have password click on Yes.

d. Enter the new user name.

e. Click on change name.
