Windows 10: "Other Users" option not available to sign in with - Using this PC to sign into multiple...

Hello,We've set up a number of Surface 1 laptops with Windows 10 Pro in order to set them up for our organization and once these laptops are set up for a user in our organization we typically have an option before the user logs in where they can select "Other User" with this feature we are able to use other work emails in our organization where a user can log in as if it was their profile once they connect to OneDrive and such.Our issue is one PC a mini PC with specs below is not getting this option. We've made sure to have Windows 10 Pro, we set up this PC to be set up for an organization a

Microsoft account Sign in option under user account is not working

Please follow the steps to enable the build in administrator and check if it helps:

• Use the power button on the sign-in screen to Shift+Restart. This will take you to the recovery boot menu.
  
• Click Troubleshoot, Advanced options, Startup settings. When given the choice of startup options, try booting the PC in
  Safe Mode with Command Prompt. If you can’t get there, skip to the next major step.
  
  • If you can get to a CMD window, enable the built-in administrator account:
    
    net user administrator /active:yes
    
  • Then restart and sign-in as the Administrator account.
  • Once in the Administrator account, open Regedit
    and go to the following key:
    
    HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\StoredIdentities
  • Save a backup of the key: Export the StoredIdentities key to a .REG file on the desktop.
    
  • Then continue with step 4 below.
• Use boot media to access the recovery command prompt.
  
  • Start Regedit.
  • Select the HKEY_USERS key.
  • Click File, Load Hive. and go up in the file system to This PC. Then browse to this file and then click Open:
    
    C:\Windows\System32\config\DEFAULT
  • When prompted, name it “def”
  • Select this key:
    
    HKEY_USERS\def\Software\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\StoredIdentities
  • Save a backup of the key: Export the StoredIdentities key to a .REG file on the C:\ drive.
    
• Find the subkey under StoredIdentities that matches the name of the Microsoft Account.
  
• Delete the key.
• If you loaded the offline registry hive, go back up in the tree on the left and select “def”. Then click File,
  Unload hive. This option will only be available if “def” is selected.
  
• Restart the PC and test sign-in.
• Once done, you may need to Verify the account in Settings, Accounts in order for it to be fully usable in Windows again.
  
• If you used the built-in Administrator account to resolve the issue, please return it to the default disabled state to help keep the Computer secure. To do so follow the steps:
  net user administrator /active:no

Please create a new administrator account using the Microsoft Account and check.

We appreciate your response. For further troubleshooting, we suggest that you create a test user profile. This is for us to verify if the issue is isolated with one user profile or with multiple accounts.

To create a test user profile, follow these steps:

• Using Cortana search, type Settings and then hit the Enter key.
• In the Settings window, select Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Choose Add someone else to this PC.
• Click I don't have this person's sign-in information.
• Click Add a user without a Microsoft account.
• Name the user as TEST and then provide a password.

Multiple Users SIgn in

I know that Window Phones 8 have a Kid's Corner option but I believe I am looking for something different.



I have a situation where I would want 1 phone to be used by 2-3 people similar to multiple users on a PC. Ideally, they would be able to sign in to the phone using their Windows Live Account. This way it would load their Outlook and Lync and other apps and
have access to their SkyDrive.



Is there a way to get at least some of those options?
