    I have a 3080ti, I am playing a game that is not that demanding. I am trying to also watch a YouTube video in my browser or stream my game/watch a game in Discord and I am facing severe performance issues since moving to a brand new install of Windows 11.

    My drivers are as up to date as possible, I do not have any Geforce Experience features enabled, I put both Google Chrome and Discord in high performance mode in Windows settings.

    I am still facing this issue. This seems to be a fundamental alteration of how the operating system performs graphics intense workloads where things that are not the main window underperform or freeze due to the GPU provided more exlusively to the specific main window.

    Can this be disabled via some setting?

    Window low performance notification

    While playing BF3 or other game, I notice window has a notification for me that I should change window to classic mode due to low performance. what caused this?

    Windows boots to the desktop then freezes

    Yeah...I went to google and got the F8...lol*Stick Out Tongue Other window GPU performance altered in Windows 11 causing low framerates/freezing in... :p....thxxx

    It boots up in safe mode and seems to work fine. Now I just need to figure out what's causing windows to freeze up befor it fully loads in normal start up operation.

    Any suggestions where I might start ?
