Windows 10: "Our Activation Servers are not available at this time" Error code 0x80072ee7 when trying...

I have recently downloaded windows 10 upgrade from the Microsoft website, the download has installed,updated but won't activate. I was running a genuine windows 7 pro and have the Product Key for this version. The upgrade is Windows 10 Pro version1903 but won't activte, just get message "our Activation Servers are not available at this time" Error code 0x80072ee7. Can anyone Help

I'm unable to use the store because every time I try I get error code 0x80072EE7. I receive a message that says " We couldn't connect to the server". I have tried everything I could find on the net to resolve this issue to no avail. Does anyone have an idea that will give me a solution to my problem?
