Windows 10: Our laptop totally broke down, It says our pin douse not work anymore, what should we do?

Okay, so what happened is, me and my friend were just playing with our windows laptop when we tried to make the keyboards have light. My friend searched up how to do so but somehow got the laptop to totally break down. Our pin is just wrong now and we clicked use Microsoft store for help but nothing worked. Right now we are on Bitlock recovery trying to put in long digits of numbers to make the laptop fix itself. Nothing worked and we are still stuck. Please help us.

Can't create pin for login. Pin stopped working

To resolve your concern about creating pin to your computer, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC (click to get permission when prompted).
• Delete the contents of that folder (delete everything in that folder, but leave that folder and everything above it).
• Go back to settings, accounts, sign in options.
• Your non-working pin will now be gone, and you can just click 'add a pin' and set it again.

PIN Not working

My PIN login isn't working. It was, then yesterday I restarted my laptop and now it's not. I've tried adding a PIN but when I click "Add" under PIN settings a little loading wheel spins for a second then nothing else happens. I've tried to follow the steps
which say about deleting the content of the NGC folder but I can't.

When I try and delete its contents I'm told "You require permission from Administrators to make changes to this folder". It's my laptop, under User Accounts my login is listed as "Administrator". When looking at the security tab my login has everything ticked
except for "Special Permissions".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
