I truly despise windows 10 and avoided it like COVID for years-then i had a massive stroke & simultaneous heart attack and my Mother, my Angel in an effort to assist me in recovery purchased this awesome laptop with touch screen and sadly it had been custom built with Windows 10``YIKES I was agrateful recipient until i saw 10 version and i couldn't complain nor even address my conundrum with mom, she wouldnt understand and would have her feelings hurt so here I am fumbling again as I try my best to locate several versions of my resume and I am Certain I saved them on this machine; can someone give me direction to locate these docs within this Bill Gates Intentionally created nightmare? • What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type winver
  in Windows search/Run command)
• Are you signing in with the same Microsoft Account, you used at the time of purchase?
• What is the complete error message are you receiving while login?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check if the issue persists.



Step 1: Reset the app.

1. Press Windows + I key to open Windows
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Apps and select
   Apps & feature from the left pane.
   
3. Scroll and look for the Minecraft app.
   
4. Select the app and click on Advanced option.
   
5. Click on Reset and once you see a tick mark, then relaunch and check.

Windows 10 going dark

I've had this issue of windows 10 going dark (locking) for the past month. I press the power button and it says either "windows resuming" or "was hibernating". I changed the setting for sleep to never. I reinstalled windows through the Fresh Start option
hoping to eliminate the problem but didn't help. I have not installed any new apps. Just reinstalled microsoft 365 office programs. It will go dark even if I'm typing something.

My Dell Inspiron 15 3000 is 3 years old. My build version is 1909 (OS Build 18363.836). Any suggestions?

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 currently installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the make and model of the PC?
  
• Did you purchase Windows 10/Xbox One version?
  

However, we can try a few steps and check if that helps you to install the game. Before proceeding with the below steps, we would suggest you to sign out from Microsoft Store and after performing the steps sign in with the same
Microsoft account used to purchase the game.



Step 1:
Reset the Windows Store Cache

Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the
Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.



Note:
A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.



Step 2:
Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Select the Start button, and then select Settings>Update & Security
> Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.



Step 3:
Reset Microsoft Store

Refer the steps in this article: Reset Microsoft Store via Settings.
