Windows 10: Out of 15 Computers connected to ups, one computer not turning on with ups power but...

I have 10 KVA UPS and 15 computers are connected to it. Suddenly one system not turning on. I have tried by changing power cables and also connected to the ports where others systems are working but it doesnt turn on. On trail basis i connected the computer to mains power, it turned on. It is working on mains power but doesn't start on ups back up power. It is requested to provide solution

computer wake-up after sleep

Did all the steps exactly as shown above and "Allow this device to wake the computer" was already selected.

I think you might have miss-understood the problem. It appears that the computer is waking up, but it doesn't re-connect to my display. I have to turn off the display and turn it back on to get my display to to re-connect. This was not a problem prior to
the last Win 10 upgrade.

 

Trouble with powering up computer

I did like I did in my first post, full shutdown, unplugged the power cord from the desktop, turned off and unplugged the power strip, went to sleep, woke up, put everything back together again, and powered it all up, and it still happened

this time, it was 5 beeps; I once again solved this by forcing a shutdown, unplugged the power, held the power button to drain residual power, waited 10 seconds and plugged it back in, then holding the button under the PSU indicator light. ill take a snapshot of the bios settings,a maybe follow the steps to reseat the cmos batterry.

I've disconnected the power to my computer multiple times, did so safely, and what is happening here scares me

 

Time computer takes to boot up
