    Out of date settings?

I've been getting the following message often lately: "Your email account settings are out-of-date". It looks funny to me and I'm wondering if it is legit. I went toGoogle mail and it looked like it could be, but a computer-savvy friend had told me a couple years ago, not to do what a message said if you did not initiate the request. I have never seen a message like this in all the years I've had email, so that is why I'm worried about using it. Anyone have any words of wisdom about this?

    Out of date settings?

    AMD FX OC'ers Club

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
