  1. Out of memory issue

Out of memory issue! My gaming laptop has been failing me at the moment. I can't play any of my games any more. Every time i try, it says out of memory and the game crashes or completely shuts down. i have inserted a screenshot that shows my gaming laptop specs. The disk space might almost run out. but like its storage has a 450 GB of storage. and i only have 3 games. Sekiro, Overwatch and marvel rivals and thats it. i cant play neither overwatch or marvel rivals. I can only play sekiro which is weird but if someone can help me please i would appreciate it. th

  2. Memory issues

Thank you for updating us. We suggest that you run the Memory Diagnostics Tool, this is to check your system for memory problems. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Control Panel and type memory in the search bar.
    • Click on Diagnose computer memory problems to open it.
    • If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Let us know the status of the issue.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    System Reserved Memory issue

    Hi Rowan,

The reduction in available system memory depends on the configuration of the following:

    • The devices that are installed in the computer and the memory that is reserved by those devices
    • The ability of the motherboard to handle memory
    • The system BIOS version and settings
    • The version of Windows 10 that is installed
    • Other system settings

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest that you check your system for memory problems.

    Here's how:

    • Type mdsched.exe in the search bar and select the best match.
    • When prompted by the User Account Control, enter an admin user name and password, and click
      Yes.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to run it.

Let us know how it goes.
