Windows 10: Out of nowhere the desktop page of my monitor has started going black every 10 seconds for...

This issue began for no apparent reason as I haven't made any significant changes/updates to my computer or system in a long time.The issue:I turned my computer on 3 days ago and after about 10 seconds of my cursor showing the loading animation next to it, my desktop page suddenly went black for a split second and then went back to normal but then repeated after approximately 10 seconds, and continued to do so indefinitely even till now. sidenote: right before the screen turns black, a cursor pops up on a screen with a loading animation and then immediately afterwards is followed by the b

I understand the you have tried to resolve the issue and tried many steps. I really appreciate your efforts in resolving this issue. As you have mentioned that switching the cables make both the monitor
work so I believe its not the driver issue. I would suggest you to try connecting another cable and check if the issue persists.

Second monitor produces black screen on computer

I upgraded to Windows 10. Like it. But now I cannot plug in my second monitor without everything going black. I checked my graphics driver. It was upgraded. Any suggestions?

Some of the advantages of having multiple screens (dual monitor) are it increases your productivity or it allows you to do multitasking. When awaking your PC after putting it to sleep, it will be directed at the sign in page. Normally,
the second monitor will just reflect black screen and the main monitor will reflect the sign in page. After signing in, your second monitor will automatically open if it is turned on.

If the second monitor doesn’t turn on, we recommend that you run the Power troubleshooter by following these steps:

• Click the Start button, then type Control Panel and then press
  Enter.
• Change the View by option on the top-right to Large icons.
• Click on Troubleshooting, and click on the View all option on the left pane.
• Run the Power troubleshooter.
