Windows 10: Out of sync audio on ASUS Vivobook

Hello. When I watch YouTube on Google Chrome on my new ASUS Vivobook, the audio is out of sync. I’ve tried the advanced settings and it hasn’t solved it. I’m wondering if there’s something else I could do? Thank you

Asus Vivobook 15 X1504VA_A1504VA Audio and Microphone not working when I plugin headphones to use with Zoom.

I am using Win11.

I have tested my headphone with YouTube - my headphone works.

I have tried the steps from this link - Redirecting

He says to downloaded the updated driver if its still not working. I am looking for this driver / solution. Thanks
