    Outer Worlds failed download, not product key says its redeemed, now I have nothing.


    Hi, I purchased a copy of Outer Worlds for PC off Amazon. Entered product key, clicked on go to Micorosoft Store. A separate window opened up with the spiraling dots which lasted for hours. I don't know if it was trying to download as I was not given an option to choose a directory. Eventually I shut down my PC.


    So, no downloaded file, no Amazon support they pretend like you never ordered it when trying to use autohelp. Product key says it has been already redeemed. I have found little help on Microsoft website or Obsidian's website.


    Any answers here?

    The outer worlds wont launch

    The other day i noticed the outer worlds icon disappeared from my taskbar where i'd pinned it. the space is there and when i right click it it shows outer worlds. when i try to launch from there or the windows store, nothing happens

    The Outer Worlds failed to download. Cannot download again

    I tried to install The Outer Worlds on PC using the microsoft store however got the error code 0x80073cf3. I then downloaded the Xbox app and tried to install it through there. It gets to 100% downloaded
    before spitting out the same error. Now when I click install it shows the download bar instantly reaching the end and I get a notification thats its done however I dont have an option to launch, only an option to install again. Is there any fix for this?
