Windows 10: Outlines & File explorer has white search box!

As you can see my file explorer has a white search bar + I have weird outlines that I cant seem to get rid of! I've factory resetting the pc going into command promt as an admin then killing starting an "explorer" command simply checking if I have any ease of access settings enabled nothing seems to work any help will be appreciated. Does anyone know how to fix this??ss

Selecting desktop gives a white outlined box instead of blue transparent box

When selecting items on the desktop, it is simple white outlined box. I remember it being a blue transparent box. I'm no longer sure is it blue??? Selecting items though file explorer gives a bluish box. How can I change it back to normal?

When selecting with the pointer, I get the following white outlined box:



Any thoughts?

 

File Explorer Search Not Working


I am trying to search in File Explorer (Windows Explorer, My Computer) and it will not find anything. I can copy text from a name in the list and paste it in the search box and it still finds nothing. I have looked at the suggestions that have been posted and nothing I find that is relative to this works. Anyone have any suggestions? I am running Win 10 Pro on an I3 coustom desktop computer.

 

Cortana search box changed to white color

This just happened to my laptop on upgrading to Pro! Step 3 here fixed it for me Change Color of Cortana Search Box to White in Windows 10
