    Solution for problem of Outlook 2003 not working in Windows10 Send button not working:

    1. Uninstall Outlook 2003
    2. Deactivate Adobe Creative Cloud and not let it start at startup.
    3. Reboot PC
    4. Reinstall Outlook 2003 in Custom Mode: Check on “Choose advanced customization of applications”.
    5. In the Microsoft Outlook application, uncheck do not install the .NET programmability support.
    6. Proceed with the installation.

    Outlook 2003


    I run Office 2003 on my Windows 7 machine and use Outlook 2003 for my email. Is there a way I can use Outlook 2003 if I upgrade to Windows 10? This potential problem is the only reason I don't upgrade to the free Windows 10 upgrade.

    Outlook ceases to send and receive mail the next day

    Does your Outlook Version 11 [part of Office 2003] ever send the messages? I've never favored having to click an icon to Send and Receive immediately, just another step in using the program, prefer to have it do the functions when clicking Send for the message.

    And it's possible Win10 Version 1803 Build 17134.228 is part of the issue since support for Office 2003 has ended.

    I'd try a test where Outlook is closed first before shutting down the computer, after all Outlook won't work when the computer is shut down.

    Outlook 2003 transfer to Windows 10

    I cannot access Outlook 2003 which was on my Windows 7; now have upgraded to Windows 10 and can't even get it to pull up. Suggestions?
