    Outlook 2007 Index files missing


    Hello. I need help your help with Outlook 2007 running on Windows 10. The problem is that the index files under search options are missing therefore not being able to index. I've tried below mentioned with no luck. Please help as I need to fix this asap. Thank you.

    Rebuild Index
    Create a new profile/pst file
    Repair MS office
    Uninstall/reinstall Office
    Reset Windows 10

    Creator update search indexing issue Outlook

    Since my update to Creators (1703,build 15063.413) on a desktop PC my indexing feature seems to be frozen or broken.

    I can 'delete and rebuild' my index and it hangs partway through and never completes. My primary issue is with my Outlook (Outlook Pro 2010) folders. The individual folders when you check 'indexing status' show thousands of records waiting to be indexed,
    and search results are definitely missing things that should be found. But if I pick the Outlook index status (file/options/search/indexing status) it shows 'indexing complete' with thousands less records than I would expect.

    I have tried it with Outlook open and with Outlook closed. I have 'background apps' enabled to run.

    Prior to the Creators update indexing was flawless and rapid-new items I sent were indexed in seconds and could be searched at once.

    Any ideas how to get my folders to index completely?

    Windows 10 upgrade seems to lose Outlook files

    I upgraded with Windows Update. This is Microsoft Office Outlook. 2007. I have since upgraded again and this time saved the .pst (archive and outlook) files to an external drive. I then imported them and got a lot of missing data. Unfortunately everything
    from March 2015 until the present is still missing.

    The same problem happened here!
    I suspect it has something to do with a major windows 10 update that was installed on the 18th of december

    In Germany, it is called
    "Funktionsupdate für Windows 10, Version 1709"
    Sorry, I do not know the english term.

    Any ideas?
