Windows 10: Outlook-2010 problem in Windows-10

Hello, Since upgraded to ‘10’, I do have some rare issues; Outlook 2010 did work fine on ‘Windows-7 Professional 32bit Eng’. However, I due to medical reason, I did have to upgrade to ‘10’. Using ‘Pro’ 64bit English. It did work fine, UNTILL ! ……......opening the ‘Options’ in Outlook, and even closing it not using ‘Cancel’, without changing anything, makes that all dates will disappear in email-lists and also in separate emails.Starting Outlook in ‘Safe’ mode, will make the dates appear again. But starting in normal mode again, the dates are still gone. After tests the problem

How to install outlook express on windows xp with explorer 8?

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.

 

Outlook 2010 Not Responding with Windows 10


I have Office 2010 Pro. Installed Windows 10 a couple of days ago and most of my apps seem to be working fine. However, Outlook 2010 loads very slowly, and while I am typing a 10 line email it may stop 3 or 4 times and the top says Outlook not responding. I've run Task Manager along side to see if I can catch another program taking CPU cycles, but have not seen anything major. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Windows 10 and Outlook 2010


After I downloaded Windows 10, my Outlook 2010 has a problem. I cannot follow a hyperlink from an email, nor can I 'unsubscribe' from a mailing list. The system advises that I do not have the right level of security. I had this problem over 12 months ago, and I was advised of a program to run to fix the problem. Unfortunately I no longer have this and would appreciate if anyone knows the name of that program.
