Outlook 2016 Account Information Photo not showing

    Hey.

I have outlook 2016 connected to my Hotmail account.

When I click “file” account information page comes up.

I would like to change the photo in Outlook 2016 “Account Information”

Every time I click “change” underneath the avatar it just sends me to my online outlook account in which I already a photo, but it doesn’t display in Outlook Account Information.

Is their a fix for this?

    :)

  2. Transfering People contact list from Windows10 Mail to Outlook2016

I don't think the email account in Outlook 2016 needs setting up. I think we might be talking about 2 different things here. When I look at my Shaw webmail account it shows of course all the same emails that I have when I am in the Mail app, as you say is
just a viewer to my Shaw account. It is also the same as Outlook 2016 which is the program I used when I first setup the email account with my Shaw webmail server, makes sense.

Both my Outlook 2016 and my Shaw webmail account are the same, the same emails and even the same email contacts which is where I think we are getting our wires crossed concerning the contact list, as to what is what. In both Outlook 2016 and Shaw webmail
I have the same "emailed contacts". This also shows that it must be synced because why would it show this information if it wasn't. The problem here is what contacts are we both talking about. The contact list that I am talking about is the one( from the beginning
of this quest ) that I wanted to print a hard copy of, of which Mail or the People app won't let me do because Microsoft took it out of it's program.

This contact list that I am talking about is the one in the People app in the Mail viewer with all the information of address, phone number, name and email addresses that I painstakingly enetered by hand. This I think is why there is all this confusion as
to why I can't find this list in either Outlook 2016 or Shaw webmail, it only exists in the People app contact list, that is just a viewer and I will never see this information in my Shaw webmail account. I don't think there is anyway that this information
can be transferred there either. This is my take. Let me know what you think.

Is hxtsr.exe SAFE?????? Where did it come from?

    Hi Harry,

For more information, once you upgraded your Outlook 2007
to Outlook 2016, you don't need to create the same account.

Upgrading Outlook 2007 (or any other versions lower than 2016) to Outlook 2016 automatically gives you the 2016 interface without any configurations.

Let us know if you have any questions.
