Windows 10: Outlook 365 - cannot set up account on Yahoo/ATT

Discus and support Outlook 365 - cannot set up account on Yahoo/ATT in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; My ATT/Yahoo/Bellsouth email ceased loading on Outlook 365.     Outlook 365 - cannot set up account on Yahoo/ATT


    My ATT/Yahoo/Bellsouth email ceased loading on Outlook 365. I cannot repair the file. I cannot delete the account. Any thoughts?


    Someone posted info about an authorization web page. That page suggests loading a file to my iphone. I have 365 loaded on a laptop so not relevant.

    These instructions are for adding a Yahoo Mail account to Windows 10 Mail Program. I am trying to add Yahoo account to Outlook 365.

    I have tried to add my Yahoo Mail Account to Outlook 365. First I tried to add automatically and then followed instructions to add manually with no success.

    Here are the settings in another mail program that is working fine with my Yahoo mail account.

    Outlook 365 - adding new account problem

    Hi steveatootac. Welcome to the TenForums @steveatootac

    Don't think I would call this a repair but more an edit.

    Click on File, upper left, account settings, account setting. A window should open with your accounts listed. Double click on the account you want to edit, then more settings lower right. The is a tab Outgoing Servers

    These are the steps in Outlook 2013 and I don't think much has change to Outlook 2016.
