Windows 10: Outlook 365 / windows 10 2004

Good morning, everyone. On my HP PC I have updated to windows 10 2004 update announced by windws update Since then I have to put back all the credentials like network paths, Outlook password for e-mails, One Drive credentials at every reboot of the PC. Have you already had this problem ?

Outlook 365 and Skype with new Windows 10 version 2004

Outlook 365 with the latest Windows 10 release (2004) keeps timing out when trying to receive email from pop servers - gmail, compuserve and godaddy. This did not happen before the update to 2004.

Occasionally Outlook now requests passwords for my email accounts on bootup. This did not happen before the update to 2004.

Skype often logs off or does not log on at startup. This did not happen before the update to 2004.

How do I fix these issues?

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.
