Noob Q: Making toolbar icons smaller in Outlook 2010

Hey, workin on my mom's pc and I need to make the 'ribbon' toolbar icons smaller. The toolbar appears to be taking up an unusually large amount of the available on-screen space. I know in 2003 there was a little tick box to toggle the size, and in 2010, I can't seem to find it.

If it matters, the text size in Windows has been set to 125%.

For us to address you concern, we suggest following these steps on how to increase the text size of toolbars, application labels and folder names:

• On Cortana search, type display settings.
• Choose Display settings from the list.
• Click on Advanced display settings.
• Under Related settings, select on Advanced sizing of text and other items.
• Under Change only the text size, change specific items on your preferred text size then click on
  Apply.

ToolBar Icons sizing

I messed around with the display setting and everything got all whacked. I got everthing back to normal size for the most part. My toolbar icons are so small, I can't figure out to resize them. When I did resize them, something else would change. Not even sure if I am posting this in the forum. Windows 11 (64 bit) HP 16in Spectre. Any suggestions?
