Windows 10: Outlook and Microsoft Apps showing up Bold

So this is not on my computer but my coworkers and I am considered the IT person in the office. She is on a Mac Studio, and was using Safari for her email Outlook and sometimes it would take forever to load. So I told her to go over to Google Chrome like I have and use it there. Once she signed in we noticed a lot of the text is in BOLD but only in this app. Going to other sites like our Calendar app Teamup or something like YouTube are not affected. Digging deeper we noticed this is for every Microsoft website. I cannot for the life of me figure this out and how to change it. We looked th
