Windows 10: Outlook and other M365 Apss will not redraw properly after reconnecting Laptop to external...

I have a few users with HP EliteBook G10 devices, running Windows 11 23H2, connecting to dual external monitors with HP ThunderBolt docking stations where applications like Outlook and Word do not redraw properly and the application non-responsive. Other applications are fine. User has to open Task Manager and end the non-responsive application task and reopen the application. These users are part of a Windows 11 pilot and our Windows 10 users are not experiencing this behaviour. This behaviour is consistent for one particular user both in the office and at home.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.

Laptop suddenly stopped recognizing the external monitor

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on “Hardware and Devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.

I suggest you to Change the USB power management settings and check.

  Open Device Manager.
  
• 
  Double-click the type USB to change power management settings.
  
• 
  Right-click the specific device you want, and then click
  Properties.

  On the Power Management tab, change the power management settings.
