Windows 10: Outlook and Teams issue

I am receiving this error message when I try to open Outlook desktop app. "your organization has set a policy that requires all work email to be protected. An error occurred while opening the protected email" Teams does not connect, I keep getting a refresh this page message when I open Teams. I have no issues with the web based version of outlook or teams. I have signed into my email at least 5 times today and the app does not open.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.

New Teams

Hi,

With regard to your concern, you can add a new team on Cortana by following the steps below:

• Click Cortana or the circle icon.
• Click the Notebook icon, scroll down and click Sports.
• Click Add a team and start typing the name of a team.
• Select the results.

Note: If the the team does not show up in the list you cannot add it to the Notebook. We suggest that you send a feedback using Windows Feedback hub so we can take note of this feature for future updates.
