Windows 10: Outlook calendar - multiple problems

I guess I have to keep on with Google calendar because I just can't get past a couple of problems with Outlook calendar. If I access it on my phone or through "Office" it is off by 5 hours! I've tried changing up time zone, but to no avail. The other problem is printing the calendar which I want a workweek view, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. it keeps reverting to start at 1:00 p.m. and finally when printing, I want a fit to page, landscape, calendar view -- sounds easy but I can't seem to achieve it except with a mini month at the top and some other items shown on the screen that I don't want. Ope

OVI Sync and Multiple Outlook Calendars

As a variant to Ian's question below, I actually want to sync multiple calendars from my Outlook onto my E71.



On my Outlook, I have my calendar and I also subscribe to an internet calendar, which show up nicely layered in different colors on my Outlook calendar page.

On the PC Suite sync setup page I see the 2 calendars from my Outlook but it limits me to selecting ONLY ONE of the calendars for syncing. I would like to be able to select both.



Any ideas out there? It feels like I'm just missing a step, since I can see the calendar choices.

Can I add google calendar to outlook without synching/downloading gmail eMails?

Not sure whether you want to achieve this via macros, but without using macros, you can try subscribing to your Google calendar in Outlook. See:

Update:

1. Log in to your Google Calendar account.
   
2. In the left column, click My calendars to expand it, click the arrow button next to the calendar that you want to add to Outlook as an Internet Calendar Subscription, and then select Settings and sharing.
   

1. In the opened page, scroll down to the "Integrate calendar" heading. Find the "Public address in iCal format" line.
   
2. Copy the URL which is the .ics URL you need to enter in Outlook.
   
3. Next steps in Outlook should be the same as it mentioned in the article I mentioned above.

If you remember having an event for today but it doesn't appear in your calendar as well, it's possible that your calendars are not being filtered correctly. In order to assist you further could you please confirm a couple of things:

• How do you access Outlook.com? Is it through Web browser or an Email client?
• Are you referring to the calendar app in windows 10?

In order to isolate the issue I suggest you to go to Outlook – free personal email and calendar from Microsoft and check if you're able to see the events on your Husband's calendar as well. If you're
