Windows 10: Outlook.com emails with clean install of Win 10

I want to do a clean install of Win 10 on my Wife's pc as there is a big "unsolved" problem with BSOD's following the upgrade from Win 8.1. However she uses Outlook.com for email and there is not an easy way to save the emails. If I do a clean install, will all her emails still be available?
Is there anything else I should be aware of?

Mail Merge

I am running Win 7 Ultimate (SP1). I have Enterprise Office 2007 which includes Outlook.com. I use this frequently with either Access or Excel to provide the email address for a Word generated email through the Word 2007 Mail Merge function.

I will not install Win 10 until I can be confident I can continue to do the mail merge in the future using this technique. I have searched this MS site numerous times in an attempt to find an answer to this problem. So far, no solution has been evident.

The bottom line question for me is: Will the Win 10 installation remove the program Outlook.com from my system during installation? Can I reinstall Outlook.com after the installation is complete?

Windows Live Mail is from 2012 and is obsolete. Use Outlook.com mail instead. Open the Win 10 Mail App and setup your current email account or configure a new Outlook.com email.

 

Outlook.com is just a website that allows her to access her email stored on Microsoft servers. She can access email from any computer through a web browser, right?

I thought it was that way. So I should be able to clean install and not lose any mail. That's good. Keeps my head on my neck!
