Windows 10: outlook.com outdated

for two weeks i have tried to maintain my email address password without any success. statement stated that my account was outdated. i have followed the instructions but i do not have a text for instructions. My pictures of family are in archives and mail is completely gone. I am at my wits end. I stated a new account but everything is still in my old account that's impossible to get because of password that i forgot because i don't use it. I'm elderly and I need help after doing everything that I could to recover password. In the country we don't have cellphone use to text.

Outdated outlook update

We would like to ask you some questions in order to assist you properly:

• Are you able to login to Outlook.com?
• What is your email domain? (Example: Yahoo.com)
• After you applied the fix, are you still getting notifications saying that your Outlook account settings are out of date?
  
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error code?
• What troubleshooting steps have you performed so far?

It is also possible that there are corruptions with the Mail app, we suggest that you repair the app using the
troubleshooter for Windows apps.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
