    Looking for some help. Just got a new PC for my sons birthday. Set him up a new outlook mail account to use as the account on windows. Link it up run the updates and reboot. Try to log in and doesnt recognise the password. been through the loops of reset but the info i give is wrong, no way it can be as i've just set it up.Is there another way to get this reset sorted?***Moved from Outlook.com/Security, privacy, and accounts/Other***
