    I am unable to log onto Outlook.com because I am getting a screen that says the password is incorrect. I have had only one password during the brief time I have been an Outlook user.

    How to set up password to start Outlook 2010?

    Well in that case you can use Protect EXE to password protect the Outlook EXE itself. So you have to enter a password every time you start Outlook.
