Windows 10: Outlook does not show desktop notifications

I have a problem with desktop notifications. There are 1709 version of Windows 10 and 2016 version of office. A user can not get desktop notifications from Outlook. There are not outlook on Notification senders list. I deleted and created user and outlook profile several times, but it does not work. I gave admin rights to the user, it did not help as well. It works well with my username on the same computer. We have admin rights on all computers on the domain. I tried to edit notification senders list from the registry, but I did not find it. Can anybody offer any solutions?

That is my problem, why Outlook does not show under notifications and actions in settings? Outlook is installed on the system and it is set up as the default app.

So, I need some trick to add outlook to notification senders list.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
