Windows 10: Outlook does not work after Widows Update & even the computer shop can't fix it.

Updated Windows 10 on my Toshiba laptop just over a week ago and watched Outlook degrade to the point it would not open. It kept constantly asking for passwords for the multiple email accounts I have. Never had a problem prior to update. As it degraded it took longer and longer to open from about 2 minutes, to 5 to 8 to 10 or more and then never opening at all. The computer shop deleted Office 360 and reinstalled thinking the problem fixed. No. Started degrading at once. Returned it to the shop and they removed and reinstalled Windows 10, and then Office 360. Again worked for a few hours, with the same results. Only programs added to windows 10 are Bitdefender, Dashlane, and Carbonite. All were reinstalled. Bitdefender without the Outlook add in, Dashlane that is not involved with Outlook, and Carbonite using the backup files as is, not reinstalling what could have been files relating back to the old Outlook original problem. Computer shop is out of ideas. I have relied on Outlook as long as I can remember so I would really like to get back to normal. Again, no problems with Outlook going back to XP Professional. Just after the recent update. All other programs that come with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office seem to work as expected. Just a problem with Outlook. Any help will be appreciated.

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

outlook account config

SO today my friend asked me if i could post this question on the forum:



He wants to configure a outlook account with 1 email, with that outlook account he wants to run the same account in 2 diferent computers he wants the both computer to be connected in network, for example:

• he receives a email and that email is sent to each computer;
• he deletes a email from one computer and it also deletes on the other;
• he moves a email to a folder it also moves on the other computer;

If you guys can help me would be nice!
