Windows 10: Outlook Duplicating Outgoing Messages in Drafts Folder

Using W10 and Outlook 2016 for several email addresses. In only one email account all outgoing messages are sent but a duplicate appears in the Drafts folder. When deleted, these messages remain in that folder but with the name of the recipient marked by a strikethrough. When further attempts to delete are made the error message "Some items cannot be deleted. They were either moved or already deleted, or access was denied." How can I correct this?

Windows 10 Mobile - Messaging App - Does it have a Drafts Folder?

I recently upgraded from Windows Phone 8.1 to Windows 10 Mobile. I have a basic question relating to the Messaging App for SMS/Text messages which I have not been able to find an answer to via a web search.

Background: On Windows Phone 8.1, the Messaging app had a Drafts folder for messages that I had commenced writing but not yet sent. I can't find a Drafts folder on Windows 10 Mobile - the only place I can find drafts is by scrolling through the Conversations
list - which is much less user friendly (as Drafts as buried in a long list amongst other messages).

Question: Is there a Drafts folder or other way I can find all my Drafts in a single location in the Messaging App on Windows 10 Mobile?

 

Draft folder says no drafts

I have the RT MS Windows Surface, and my Windows Phone 8X by HTC in Blue. There is a problem with the Phone email folders. When I go to my email button, Inbox-Hotmail. The three dots at the bottom - folders-Drafts (16) touch Drafts and there are NOT
16 Drafts there. It says NO MESSAGES. I use this often but am tired of accumulating an increasing number of drafts ( 2x ) each time I use the save an email function in emails.

WHERE are the drafts. They are not in my Outlook acct, they are not on my MS Window XP machine. They are not on the Surface RT, there are not suppose to be any other accounts linked to it. Just to be sure, there are NO DRAFTS in my Gmail acct or my AOL acct.

Please direct me to the nearest MS Genius.

Draft message sync?

To Sync Draft messages from your Nokia phone to your Nokia Suite,

1. Click on the Messages option in the suite.

2. Under (messages in Nokia), select Drafts.

3. The draft messages will all be listed on the center window.

4. Select all the messages you plan to sync; Click,
hold and drag them to the Drafts folder on top left (ie in the Suite).
