Good afternoon. I have a problem with outlook mail. I am the administrator of the site prohr-services.com. Users of the site leave requests with their contact information in the feedback forms to get advice and details for cooperation. I also have access to the company's main email, and all requests from the site should be sent to it. Recently, I stopped receiving application letters from the website. Applications are sent from the website, but they do not come to my outlook mail. Outlook identifies this address as an unverified sender and suspicious activity. I have already added it as a tr

Email from blocked senders in Windows 10 Mail

We're providing the Block Sender's list feature to filter the messages that you're going to receive in your emails. We'd like to clarify the information that you've provided. Did you block the sender using the Outlook.com or an Outlook application?

If it's Outlook.com, we suggest that you refresh your account by logging in and out on it.

If it's an Outlook application, we suggest that you log in Outlook.com instead and block the sender from that platform. To do this, open Outlook.com >
Settings (gear icon) > Options > Mail
> Junk Mail. Select Blocked senders, enter the email address or domain that you want to block, and select the Add icon. Press
Save.

Refresh the Mail app and check if the issue will persist.

Delete Junk Email and Block Senders

Method 1: How to block the sender.

I would like to inform that, Mail app is by design does not have option to block the sender, instead you can block the sender from Outlook account and same applies to Mail app as well.

If you want to add the sender of the certain email to your blocked senders list, kindly follow these steps:

• Sign in to your account.
• Open or view the email you want to be blocked.
• Click Sweep on the toolbar.
• Select Delete all from…
• Tick Also block future messages.
• Click Delete all.

This will also delete all messages from the sender.

Here’s how you can add the email address manually:

• Sign in to your account.
• In the upper-right corner of the page, click
  wheel/cog icon, and then click on Options.
• Under Preventing junk email, click
  Safe and blocked senders.

Method 2: To find junk folder in Mail app

To find junk folder on Mail app follow: Log-in to Mail app, in the left-pane click on
More and you will see Junk folder.
