Windows 10: Outlook is refusing to login

Hi Support team,I have a laptop with Windows 10 64 bits, the laptop is domain joined and the user logs in with his credentials. We tried to connect his email on outlook without success, but he can connect his account when he is logged in with local admin account of the laptop.The initial situation was We Can't connect you, HTTP 404I tried to make some modification in registry but outlook keeps popping the window to put a password. No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
