Windows 10: Outlook issues

Discus and support Outlook issues in Microsoft Office and 365 to solve the problem; Hi, I have Outlook (16 ?) as part of Office 365 but could never get it to work so stuck with Outlook 2010.     Hi,

    I have Outlook (16 ?) as part of Office 365 but could never get it to work so stuck with Outlook 2010. Every now and then I get this error:
    'outlook 2010 Cannot expand the folder. Internet Mailis not registered properly. Re-install and try again'.

    I found this solution on the forum: >Settings / Apps / Microsoft Office Professional Plus2010 / Modify/Repair

    I run the repair and USUALLY everything is fine. But not today. I've tried the Microsoft Support & Recovery Assistant auto-fix thing, I've tried the scanpst repair tool. Nothing seems to work.
    I've even tried to get Outlook 16 going but all I get with that is:

    'Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed. '

    Any suggestions I can try?

    i don't care which Outlook version it is, I just need something that works.
