    Outlook Junk Mail Filter Stopped Working


    I am running Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016. In the past about 70% of my email message would be sent to the junk mail folder. Now Outlook rarely flags any message as junk. I have set the Junk Email Options to "High" and have run the Office Repair Function. Nothing has helped. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

    Notifications of mail received in "junk" folder in Win10 Mail

    The filter list would help me with not filtering mail that is coming from a specific sender (or domain), but what I'm looking to do is not to stop Outlook from filtering messages to junk, but rather for Win10 to give me a notification about a message even
    if it ends up in the junk folder.

    Windows 10 Outlook Mail App

    Why does the Windows 10 Outlook Mail App have less features than the website version? I get so much junk mail in my inbox and the junk mail feature does not seem to be working well. I can filter my emails via the website, but the dedicated Windows 10
    App delivers everything including junk mail to my inbox.
