Windows 10: Outlook keeps popping up

I was trying to google this issue but I just keep getting posts related to the login dialog popping up.

So anyway Windows keeps switching my active window to Outlook's inbox for no reason at all. Anyone else experienced this? Most of the times it's while typing which is annoying so at first I thought I accessed some shortcut but it switches window even when not touching anything sometimes.

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.

Hello. Hope someone can help. I'm using the old Microsoft office Outlook 7 for email. I've never liked the newer versions, that's why I prefer 7.
I'm running Windows 10 Home Edition. I keep getting the pop up message "There is no email program associated to perform the requested action."
I know that I am suppose to go into the list and default Outlook 7 as the default email program, problem is, it does not appear on the list to pick from!! It is not there! Anyone know what I can do to remedy this?
