Windows 10: Outlook nor Teams are able to connect, although, the rest of the system is fine

Getting errors when trying to set up a once successfully running Outlook account. It started by not updating my mail, I removed MS 365 and did a clean install. I have done a "repair" on MS 365, reset the store, flushed DNS, and created Outlook registry keys to exclude the Last Known Good settings, HTTPS root domain, and the SRV record. I am still getting "Something went wrong and Outlook couldn't set up your account" errors, Initially I was getting "0x800407cf" errors. Unable to connect to MSFT VPN in my system

Hi All,

I am unable to connect to MSFTVPN in my system but able to connect in local. I have followed all the steps suggested by the support team but still not able to connect. Is there any updates I need to install or uninstall. Please help me!!

Outlook not connected in Microsoft Exchange Server

I am new to Exchange Server 2003 and I have a friend with a network server that I don't know how to re-establish a user to the network. I moved one of his non used computers to this station and now when I try to log in the user I get the error that the name can't be verified because Outlook is not connected or online. This computer used to be online with a different user. Can anyone tell me the steps to check this? Thanks.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.
