Windows 10: Outlook or some of the network related does not work after upgrading to 20H2 & further

Hi, In our organization we have started upgrading Windows 10 1803, 1807,1903 & 1909 to Windows 10 20H2,21H1 & 21H2.Problem we are facing is that some network related apps does not work, as network icon changes to Global with message No Internet.Workaround: we are trying to re-enable network or make registry changes.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentConsoleSet\Services\NLaSvc\Parameters\EnableActiveProbing Value Type: Reg_DWord set value to:1Need to know what changes can be done on permanent basis or any update that need to be install for over coming such problems.

Can't remember how I found this in the end but here is the solution for my particular problem that none of the solutions offered above managed to resolve. The bit that seemed to fix it for me was accessing c:\users and following those steps (resetting permissions in the outlook folder only didn't work for me ).

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.

Another question, is this on a home network or a work network? The steps @eidairaman1 listed are always a good first step. If this is on a work network you manage, I'd be much more concerned than the home one. It is possible someone is screwing with you, but malware could also be the culprit.
