    Outlook - sharing a search folder (but ideally nothing else)


    I run an info@ email address.

    I've just taken on a part-timer who's got her own name@ email address.

    Certain emails come in via info@ that I categorise under her name. I've then got a search folder that picks up everything in that category.

    Is there a way I can share the info@ mailbox with her but so she's only got access to the search folder and not the 100+ other folders i've got in there?

    I just recently updated my computer to windows 10 and been having issue with Outlook it is showing that I have unread emails in my folders but nothing is showing, then. I try to see what version of outlook I have and this shows 17.6525.42271.0 which I have
    no ideal what that is Outlook - sharing a search folder (but ideally nothing else) :( . I was thinking about un-installing outlook and then re-installing it. Can someone help me with this issue with outlook it driving me CRAZY

    UPDATE: I reinstalled windows again and there is no effect... Please, somebody help Outlook - sharing a search folder (but ideally nothing else) :(
