outlook time zone is already set to my region, but when sending email the time is different. how to solve this issue?already change the timezone of the outlook and same with my system clock and time zone but when sending some emails same problem the time is different.

Let’s try simple steps and check if you are able to set time zone automatically. Follow the below steps.

• 
  Go to Settings and click on Time & language.
  
• 
  Select Region and language and click on
  Additional date, time, & regional settings on the left pane.

  Now click on Date and Time (Set the time and date) and try changing the date and time from
  Date and Time tab.

  You can also click on Internet time tab, click on
  Change settings and try changing the server and click on

What time zone to set if located in UK for email on Windows 10?

Setting the time zone on the computer from Settings window will reflect on all the installed computer applications.



Before we assist further, I would like to ask you a few questions:

• How are you accessing emails on the computer (Mail app or using a browser)?
• When you say “What time zone do I use for email”, which email are you referring to?
• Have you set the system time zone to UK?

On setting system time zone to UK, the same will reflect on all installed system applications. Check if the system time zone is set to UK.



If not set, follow the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows logo + I keys on the keyboard to open system
  Settings window
• Select Time & Language and click on
  Date & time from the left side panel of the window.
• From the right side panel, select your time zone from the drop down bar under
  Time zone.
• Close the window and check if the system and mail settings are set to UK time zone.

I would suggest you to check if the values for “set time automatically” and “set time zone automatically” under Date and Time settings are “ON”. If not, then suggest you to make the vale to “ON” and check for the status.

If the issue still persists, follow the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key + R, type services.msc and press Enter.
• Locate Windows Time from the list and double click on the service.
• In Genereal tab, set the Startup type to Automatic.
• Click on Apply and OK.
