Windows 10: OUTLOOKS RESET IS A LOAD OF PUGWASH - WHY DOES IT NOT GIVE AN OPTION TO SAY APP WHEN DOING...

I absolutely dispies Microsoft , it has ALWAYS been the bain of my entire life and i wish a computer company will come up with a new reliable customer friendly service.I had to do a reset and there was no option to save apps. At the time i did not think to much of it as i did not consider " stickynotes " to be an app. Stickynotes is what i had used to store all my passwords and since the browser i was using stores some of them, i did not think twice about writing them down.So low and behold after the reset i discovered all my passwords have been wiped off. I am just so annoyed. These companies

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.
