Windows 10: output and input is not working maybe a setting or the files? please help.

ok soo I downloaded this fps unlock app for my roblox it didnt work at all and i thought it was something soo i looked up a video on YouTube but it said to delete some fails that are craps and it wont effect my pc but they said reset everything soo it can work and i did that but nothing happen i still am stuck i don't know what to even do at this point.. my output and input is not working at that reset i did soo if someone can help me i would happy. also this is my contact email. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Develop program in Linux to input and output Windows files?

Great input. Proof that I need to think of myself as a newbie here.

Two questions: 1. What do you mean by "native function/lib" here? 2. what if I have multiple input files or output files? What if my input files are existing Windows files? 3. Actually a third question. Instead of creating a list of programs as input, could I use a regex that defines the folders and the files within that folder? I haven't written any software for too many years because my career went in a different direction. (TL;DR) So I'm happy that I now have the time to write software again, even simple programs.

 

Help Needed With C++ File Input/Output

The purpose of the program is written at the top in the comment statements. My problem is with the second half, with the file output. I have tried the file input part by itself, and it works. I have commented that out, and tried the file output part by itself, and it works. But, when I put the two together, the program will not read/write to the file.

No audio input or output devices found

After the last update of Windows 10, no audio devices are listed

Searching in the device manager: all audio devices say it works fine

The sound setting says: no output or input devices were found.
