Windows 10: output audio keep switch from bluetooth earphone to laptop speaker and vice versa continuously

I am using windows 11 on my lenovo laptop; when I connect any bluetooth audio device, the device stays conected but output audio keep getting switch from laptop speaker to earphone and vice versa within seconds continuously. its like for a micro sec I hear from earphone then from laptop speaker then again from earphone

Audio doesn't automatically switch between headphones and laptop speaker output

Not sure when or why this happened, but my Surface Laptop running Windows 10 no longer automatically switches between audio output sources (headphones and built-in Surface Laptop speakers). If I have sound playing and no headphones plugged in, the sound
will continue to play through the Laptop after plugging in the headphones. The Laptop is recognizing the headphones, because I can right click the sound icon in the tray and select "Headphones", and the audio then switches. And vice versa.

I've already tried uninstalling and updating the audio driver (Realtek High Definition Audio), running the audio troubleshooter, and disabling the driver and re-enabling, none of which have solved the issue.

 

Windows 10 will not switch from speakers to earphones

I know there have been numerous similar problems/solutions regarding this Windows 10 issue but my problem persists, perhaps in part because I can't always find the right files etc on my computer.

I used to run Windows 7 but upgraded to Windows 10. Major major mistake!! My computer is now mostly a large paper weight and generally functions like one. I could potentially write a long list of Windows 10 screw-ups, but I digress from my current issue.

On Windows 7 I could have my speakers on but when I plugged in my earphones the sound automatically switched the speakers to the earphones. With Windows 10 I have to manually change the default setting from speakers to earphones and back again when I'm
done using the earphones. The speakers work when they are set as default but the earphones do not work and vice versa when the earphones are set as default. It seems like it should be a very simple fix, but nothing I've tried has worked. Any suggestions
would be welcome.

 

Audio outputs/playback not switching from headphones to speakers and vice versa.

I have been having a problem with the audio not switching whenever I plug my headphones in or take them out. It used to work before where I plugged my headphones in and the audio from the speakers would automatically switch but now, I have no clue what caused this issue. Now due to this issue, I have to manually switch the playback device everytime I unplug or plug my headphones. I don't recall tampering with anything before hand.
