Windows 10: Output Device for JBL Headset Keeps Disappearing

Background: I noticed that Nvidia Shadowplay wasn't able to capture my friends voice or any game chat through anything, so I did research and found out that Nvidia Container had to be turned up in the Volume Mixer. When I went to the volume mixer, I noticed my headset wasn't there to pick, the only thing was my monitor's output device. My JBL Quantum 400 uses a USB for both the microphone and hearing. My microphone is in the input devices labeled as "Headset Microphone - JBL Quantum 400* Chat."When I go to Control Panel > Sound > Playback, it shows: "Speakers - JBL Quantum 400* Game",

since upgrading to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 7 ultimate my JBL Bluetooth speakers are being detected as a headset and they don't output any sound.

please help

My JBL Go 3 Bluetooth was connected but bot available as an Audio Output Devices.

I just want to help other folks here. After I restarted my computer (keep my JBL Go 3 power on), JBL is connected and in the output device. Actually, I went to YouTube to play music right away.
