Windows 10: Over 100 Unknown Devices in Device Manger Win10Pro x64

Hi,Looking for some guidance please.Somehow, I have over 100 unknown devices on my computer showing in device manager.I can’t update the drivers for them as none are found, I’ve not tried every one just a random few.I have disabled them OK, and all is well, so the PC isn’t using them.I can’t delete them, they just re-appear as I am deleting them.I can’t find a hardware ID for the ones I have tried, it’s not there.Is there a way to get rid of them and then re-scan for hardware changes.They do not show if I view resources as expected as they are disabled.They show up directly beneath the PC na

X800 GTO2 = Unknown Device

I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?

I am most grateful for your advice. It's looking like the Intel management engine device is the culprit, but I don't seem to be able to replace it.

When I went into device manager properties/Details/Hardware Ids for the unknown device I got this

When I googled those, I didn't find much that made any sense to me, so I located, downloaded and ran as administrator the update for the Intel management engine device. I got this:

Where do you suggest I go from here? Can I get there from here?
