Windows 10: Over 2 days of denied access to Windows Live subscription review: TraceID:...

For over 2 days I'm denied access to my subscriptions which is keeping me from sharing my Family Office 365 subscription and effectively a stop work situation for my spouse on a new Surface Laptop with Win 11.I've: powered down and re-booted, checked for updates, closed all browser windows and waited far longer than "a few minutes" before trying again.

LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied.

I am trying to share a folder on a LAPTOP. I have other a number of other systems that have folders Shared and they work fine, but with this one I get the error "LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied." when I try to access it from a different Win10 system. So I went thru the entire "How to Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10" tutorial step by step. File and Print Sharing is enabled, SMB1.0 client & server are running, and Everyone has Full Access to the Share. Still get the error. I have tried it with the Network Public and Private, with the same result. Any suggestions ? Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

How do I get started accessing my Subscription?

To access your TechNet Plus Subscription benefits, you need to have a Passport/Windows Live ID (hereafter referred to as Live ID). If you don’t have one, sign up for one at Sign in to your Microsoft account. The Live ID does not have to match the email that is in your Subscription details.

Go to the TechNet Subscriptions > Manage my Subscriptions page to associate your Windows Live ID with your TechNet subscription. You will be required to log into Windows Live ID if you are not logged in.

On the TechNet Registration Page fill in the text boxes with your Subscription details - First Name, Last Name, Email address, Benefit Access Number (may also be called Subscriber ID or Partner Technical Contact ID or Subscription ID). Accept the license terms and click the OK button.

Make sure you enter the Subscription details EXACTLY as they were provided to you. If you receive an error, verify what you entered. Try reversing the first and last name fields if you are still unsuccessful.

Upon successful registration, you will see a listing of the benefits you are entitled to. Registration is generally a onetime process. In the future you will simply sign in with your Live ID to access your Subscription benefits.
